REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy (Course, Service, and miscellaneous)

  • All our clients are very important to us, that's why Calanjiyam Consultancies and Technologies ("Company"), has created the following Refund Policy to let You know how we handle the refunds for the goods ordered and bought on our website http://calanjiyam.com/ ("Website").

  • The terms "You," "Your," and "Yours" refer to the entity/ person/ organization using our Website. When this Policy mentions "we", "us,", and "our" it refers to the Company and its subsidiaries or /and affiliates. The term "goods" refers to any product or item bought on our Website by You.

  • This Refund Policy is governed by our Terms and Conditions.

  • You have the right, without giving a reason, to return the goods within 14 days, if it has not been used, or damaged or their appearance has not substantially changed, that is, the appearance of the product or its packaging has been made only such alterations as were necessary to inspect the goods received.

  • The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason does not apply to legal persons (e.g. companies, and entrepreneurs).

  • This Return policy does not limit Your statutory rights to withdraw or rights You may have about incorrect, damaged, or defective goods.

     1. STANDARD RETURNS

  • Any goods that You wish to return must be in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the Goods to be returned do not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.

  • You must place your refund request within 14 days of delivery of the item.

  • Please contact our Support to begin the return and refund process, the support team will walk you through the process and help you.

  • Please fill in the Return form received with your order and send the goods back to the address provided herein(or you can contact via Mail ID: info@crisscrosstamizh.in or admin@calanjiyam.com / Phone number: +918667280728 or +917092866728)

  • In case of the return of the goods, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • You must exercise the return right responsibly and return the product in the original neat packaging, as well as return all complete parts of the product. You are responsible for the complete set of the returned goods. If the goods are not complete, we won't be able to accept the returned goods and issue a refund.

  • Once the Goods and the Return form have been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorized by the same method that the payment was made. 

  • Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 30 days to be credited to your original payment method. In all cases, we have the right to suspend the refund until the goods are received back and inspected.

  • If You fail to meet the deadlines of our Return policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.

 

     2. DEFECTIVE GOODS

In certain cases, such as defective, damaged, or wrong goods, you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo or video, or to return the item to receive a refund.

You must contact our company at info@crisscrosstamizh.in within 14 days upon purchase and provide detailed information, such as:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Order number

  • VAT invoice number

  • Product name

  • Information about the defect, failure, or missing part of the item

  • Defect evidence (e.g. a photo or video of the item, a photo of the defective area (if it is possible to take a photo), a photo of the packaging, other).

 

When submitting a complaint, You must indicate how You wish the claim to be resolved:

  • To replace the defective goods with quality items

  • To supplement the incomplete goods with missing components

  • To apply a discount to the goods, e.g. reduce the price of the goods accordingly

  • To refund the money paid

  • To receive store credit

 

In case You are required to return the goods to us, You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging (with instructions and/or warranty card if they were delivered with the product).

 

     3. COURSE REFUND POLICY

  • The Enrollment fee can not be refundable under any circumstances unless the request is sent within 2 working days (including the day of payment ).

  • The instruction fee can not be refundable under any circumstances if paid as per the above-mentioned guidelines.

  • If the instruction fee is paid before the completion of the course and then subjected to attendance, the refund may or may not be sent to the respected student.

  • The instruction fee and enrollment fee are not subjected to student satisfaction and are fixed and non-negotiable under any circumstances unless the HR Department of Calanjiyam specifically allows a written statement

 

     4. COURSE PAYMENT BREAKUP POLICY

As part of the enrollment process, you must pay ₹100/- ( Hundred Indian Rupees only ) as a processing and enrollment fee. So the effective payment would be as follows :

Total Fee = Enrollment fee ( ₹100/-) + Instruction fee + 18% (GST)

The enrollment fee must be paid before the start of the course and the instruction fee must be paid before the issuance of the completion certificate and after the completion of the course. In the event of failure to pay the total fee or more than 20% of absenteeism during the course or both, the certificate will not be issued to the student. The legitimacy of the certificate can be verified using the "Calanjiyam Certificate Verification Portal".

 

     5. SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A subscriber can place a cancellation order for a particular service within 7-10 days of the service agreement via the prescribed cancellation form available on our website.

  • No cancellation is possible for the services offered with promotional discounts on special occasions viz. Independence Day, Christmas, and New Year. These are limited edition offers and hence any range of refunds would not be possible.

  • In no case, the Calanjiyam service team will entertain cancellation requests made for services such as domain name registration and domain name transfer.

  • The fee once paid will not be refunded in any case even if the cancellation is posted within 2 working days.

  • A service stands to be canceled if the next payment is not received within 7 working days

 

     6. SERVICE REFUND POLICY

  • Every service offered by us takes a different course of action to get accomplished from start to end thus refund policy differs from one service to another.

  • There is always a certain set of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign. Thus, a refund would not be entertained for the work already completed.

  • No refund is possible for the fee paid in the form of administrative fees or installation charges for all types of services.

  • Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with a fee refund.

  • No refund will be entertained in case the service gets canceled due to any violation of the terms stated in our terms and conditions section.

  • There is no refund policy for the services placed under same-day delivery.

  • Calanjiyam is not liable to pay a refund if a delay or service disruption happens due to third-party involvement.
