Workshop on WordPress at Vellalar college for women
On 29th DEC 2022, Our team conducted a workshop on website development using WordPress at Vellalar college for women, Thindal, Erode, TN. During the workshop our team theoretically and practically reached web designing concepts for the students present for 5 hours. The students were also taught how to implement them in WordPress and during the practical session, they were given assignments and evaluated on the same.

Every website has a story, and purpose and has a very specific target to achieve. Web designing and development servers have a very great role in being the medium of conveying the business and vision of the company or just showcasing one's skillset.
With WordPress, web development is now made a very expandable and easy-to-understand procedure. Through the workshop the attendees got trained in the essentials of web designing ( both UI and UX ) and in the basics of how to set up and develop a website using just WordPress. at the end of the 3-hour theory session, the students expressed a very good understanding of the concepts. After the theory session, the students got individual/team assignments which they completed and got evaluated by our expert team.

1 hour of discussion and training on the importance, purpose, the necessity of UI & UX designing in Mobile, Web, and Hybrid apps.

2 hours of theory on the introduction to web app development, technologies being used, recent trends, job opportunities in the field and how WordPress can contribute to a project, basics of WordPress editor, how to develop websites using WordPress plugins and host the same on WordPress.

2 hours of hands-on practice in developing websites using WordPress, evaluation of the assignments, doubt-clearing session, and general interaction on the same.
